Who Should Attend?: Boards are invited to send up to 16 members – 8 OPSOA Members and 8 OPC Members.

This 2-phase OPSOA program offers leadership opportunities to newly appointed Supervisory Officials (0-3 years).
Phase 1:

FOR NEWLY APPOINTEDSUPERVISORY OFFICIALS (0-3 years), this 2-phase program offers the following leadership opportunities in Phase One:
Wednesday , October 5th (hosted by OPSOA):
- Network with other colleagues new to the job & meet with OPSOA President and Executive Director
- Panel of Directors – Perspectives on the Role of Supervisory Officials and your Relationship with the Director and Trustees
- Technology and the New Supervisory Official
- Mentoring/Coaching Session
- Case Studies – Review and Discuss the Implications for SO’s using Case Studies that Confront Supervisory Officials in Ontario
- Evening Dinner and Networking
