NEW! First Annual Travel Program: Tastes of Tuscany and Rome with OPSOA-Alumni

As fabulous as the famed Tuscan countryside and cuisine are, they're even better when enjoyed with good friends! Join other OPSOA alumni on this leisurely journey that will include sipping fine wines at some of Tuscany's renowned wineries, savouring gastronomic delights including a six-course authentic feast in the heart of the Chianti region. Visit the treasures of Florence, the famous hill-towns of Volterra and San Gimignano, and the picturesque villages of UNESCO-designated Cinque Terre. Finally, discover the beauty of eternal Rome! For those returning to Rome, customize your trip with excursions, such as a cooking class in the colourful district of Trastevere. For those visiting Rome for the first time, marvel at Rome's ancient wonders and stroll past the ancient Pantheon, explore the Forum, and admire Michelangelo's masterful Sistine Chapel and St. Peter's Basilica. Enjoy exploring Rome at your own pace and creating your own Roman dining experience -- perhaps you will end up in Ristorante La Carbonara, which dominates one side of Rome's Campo de Fiori. Established in 1912, this restaurant claims to be the first restaurant in Rome to serve penne alla carbonara. On your final night in Rome, you can enjoy your aperativo in a vibrant piazza and marvel that you have truly lived the maxim of the Roman poet: "Carpe diem! Seize the day!"

Travel with your OPSOA friends and live la dolce vita!
